My name is Merita, I am a venture-backed entrepreneur living and working in London.I am currently building my company, Bart - an AI Fintech startup, HQ’d in London. Over the past 10 years I have been building businesses, boot-strapped and investor backed learning some hard earned lessons along the way.Ten years ago, I left my incredibly secure job in Private Equity to start my first business called Ormary, a marketplace for emerging and independent fashion brands from around the world - totally bootstrapped. I then build two additional companies, a business current account and a payments company leading me down the Fintech path to today.Today I publish a weekly newsletter, share my thoughts and knowledge on instagram and am sharing my journey of building an investor backed business.
